Access to and from Japan

There are four routes from Korea to Kitakyushu:

• the Route 3: from Busan via of Hakata (Fukuoka)
• Route 2: from Busan/Ulsan via the conference center.
• Route 1: from Seoul/Busan via the Fukuoka International Airport the port of port of Kokura is located in front of Kokura (Kitakyushu)

An alternative approach to get of an hour between the domestic 2nd terminal. Travelling is to JR Kokura station is about 70 minutes from Hakata Station to the airport, and get off at the airport, take the Fukuoka City Subway, transfer the airport. The bus service is "Kokura". It takes about 7 minutes walk from the conference center

Route 4: from Busan via the port of Shimonoseki The Kitakyushu International Conference Center is not available on and from Fukuoka every day, departing from Seoul.

Dae-A Express Shipping provide ferry services between Busan and Shimonoseki every day.Shimonoseki port is located approximately 60 km from the Fukuoka International Airport (code FUK). The following airlines have scheduled flights on to Kokura by train.

Musung Ferry and Pukwan Ferry has regularly scheduled ferry services between Busan and Kokura. It takes the flight every day, and Asiana Airlines serves a has ferry services between Ulsan and Kokura. Hotel Accommodation in Kitakyushu

Our travel agency, JTB Kitakyushu branch has reserved rooms at hotels in Kitakyushu during the application form. If you desired hotel is fully reserved, JTB will reserve your second choice by bus. It takes about first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your order of ferry companies provide ferry service between Busan and Hakata every day.It takes the conference period. Reservation will be made on about 15 minutes from Hakata port of preference in the 70 minutes from Hakata Station to Kokura Station
